Course: Maximize Effectiveness with Others

This training is targeted towards Managers at the Beginner and Intermediate levels addressing the Managing for Results Leadership Competency. As a result of this training, participants will: identify personal, peer, leader, and direct report behavioral types, create strategies to adjust their approach, and apply techniques that maximize personal effectiveness in order to enhance relationships, influence, and performance. This course is part two of a two-part training series that explores the concept of dimensional leadership and how adapting to another’s work style can maximize your influence and improve results.
