I have served in three major capacities:
1. eLearning Training Specialist responsible for all online training including the development and design of eLearning courses (both rapid & storyboard), LMS implementation, curriculum architecture and design, and administration, and the implementation, administration, and the training and administration of our GoToMeeting Corporate licenses.
2. Organizational Development Specialist developing the corporate core competencies based on our culture and core values resulting in behavioral expectations which is used for performance appraisals and internal/external surveys. Developed the leadership model and development model from the existing unwritten structure using a new leadership website (which I designed and implemented) to train, educate, and implement further initiatives. Serve as a TriMetrix Behavioral Analyst of leaders (including Sales/Account Managers) and potential promotions and new hires.
3. Operations Management achieving high results while maintaining good relationships with my associates reducing damages and claims and increasing on-time departures (e.g. at United Stationers, I increased on-time departures from 50% to 96%).
